Marketing agency Kepler has announced the appointment of Kim Garcia
as Vice President, Head of Social, Entertainment and Culture, based in San Francisco. The role is new.
Garcia is tasked with expanding the agency’s capabilities in content and
social experiences. She will also lead the agency’s influencer marketing practice and will help evolve what it calls its “cultural intelligence
capabilities.”

Garcia brings nearly two decades of experience building brands through a social and cultural lens. She joins Kepler after running KMG
Strategic Consultancy where she advised a range of startups, creators, and cultural figures on brand strategy, content development, and monetization.
Prior to KMG, Garcia served
as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Tagger Media, leading the company’s brand and go-to-market strategy through a period of growth and its eventual acquisition by Sprout
Social.
She spent seven years at VaynerMedia, where she is credited with building the agency’s global
entertainment division, serving clients such NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. Discovery, and A+E.
