Quality Meats has added to its senior ranks and named two new partners.
Wieden + Kennedy vet Vanessa Miller joins as head of account management. Previously, Miller served as managing director
at Leo Chicago. Joe Burns, Quality Meat’s head of strategy, and Jonathan King, the agency’s head of growth, have become partners.
Before joining the Chicago-based agency,
Burns was head of strategy at BBH New York, after spending a decade at Mother London. King has led growth at Quality Meats since 2024, following leadership roles at Havas, VMLY&R and DDB.
They work alongside additional partners: co-CCOs Gordy Sang and Brian Siedband and Amy Edwards, managing director.
The staff moves come amid notable agency gains.
Last
year, it became the only small agency to win a Grand Prix at Cannes. In the past few months, the shop won lead-agency duties for Moen and Canva. It also secured the assignment to launch Keystone
Beer's apple-flavored brand Kapple around Memorial Day.

“We want to grow, but don’t want to grow out of what’s made us successful,” said Sang and Siedband.
“The two of us bring the dumb to the table, so we’re grateful our leadership team’s filled with really, really smart people.”
