AAF Announces This Year's Advertising Hall Of Achievement Honorees

The American Advertising Federation (AAF) has announced the eight newest inductees into its Advertising Hall of Achievement (AHOA). The honor recognizes  leaders age 40 and younger credited with helping to shape the future of advertising, marketing, media, and brands. 

The honorees are:

    Andrew Almendras, vice president, marketing strategy & planning, IMAX.  

  • Catherine Berger, vice president, marketing transformation & services, Grupo Bimbo.    

  • Justin Breton, head of digital & emerging experiences, Walmart.  

  • Jen Hourigan, president, T-Mobile & client leadership, Initiative.      

  • Jessica Padula, vice president, marketing & sustainability, Nespresso USA.    

  • Keri D. Richardson, cofounder & managing partner, CrowdAxis.   

  • Brittany Slattery, CMO, OpenAP.  

  • Caitlin Coburn Winsor, senior director, media strategy & investment, PepsiCo. 

The recipients were selected by the AHOA Council of Judges which this year was chaired by Chrissie Hanson, North America Media Practice CEO, Dentsu.  The 2026 class will be formally inducted during the Advertising Hall of Achievement Induction Ceremonies on Thursday, November 19, at Pier Sixty in New York City.
