Trump Media’s Truth API service now has paying customers numbering in the “mid-teens,” compared to 10 roughly two weeks ago, Kevin McGurn, interim CEO of Trump Media and
Technology Group, said on Monday, Quartz reports. McGurn spoke on CNBC’s “Squawk Box. The Intercept Media and the Freedom of the Press Foundation filed a lawsuit to block the
service, charging that it violates the First and Fifth Amendments by giving those paying customers privileged access to official communications.
