There’s been a whole lotta shaking at the top for Jamba and its parent company GoTo Foods.

The smoothie brand’s owner this week announced it had named Lucy Brady president of Jamba as of Sept. 8.

Brady joins the approximately 750-unit chain after most recently serving as president of grocery and snacks at Conagra Brands, where she led a portfolio of more than 60 brands. Earlier in her career she held various senior positions at McDonald's, and spent several years at Boston Consulting Group and sits on the board of Bath and Body Works.

Brady’s hire comes as Jamba has lost approximately 10% of its sales over the past two years, according to Technomic, as per-unit volume declined 7.5% and the chain shuttered about 24 locations. Jamba recently introduced a test lineup of seven handcrafted sandwiches, its largest investment beyond the beverage category, across 95 select markets in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Arizona.

GoTo Foods, which in addition to Jamba is the parent company to Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky's Deli, also made several other executive moves across brands. Nathan Baldwin, who is president of Auntie Anne's, expands his role to president of specialty brands, now also overseeing Cinnabon, Carvel and Co-Brands. GoTo’s Chief Growth Officer Francisco Bram has also added president of Moe's Southwest Grill to his job title.

 “Strengthening our leadership structure will create greater organizational agility and allow us to remain focused on what matters most: growing category-leading brands, supporting franchisee success and delivering experiences that keep guests coming back” said Omer Gajial, CEO of GoTo Foods.

Biplav Misra has also expanded his previous role to become GoTo Foods’ chief digital and technology officer.
