Judge Tosses Williams-Sonoma's False Ad Case Against Quince

Quince has won at least a temporary victory in the false advertising suit filed against it by Williams-Sonoma (WSI) in 2025, Fashion Law reports. In dismissing the action, U.S. Judge Edward J. The case is on file with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
