Cartoon Network has created a post of senior vice president, branding for Peter Dougherty. He will oversee on-air, licensing and merchandising, promotions, contests and advertising. Dougherty, a
former senior vice president of MTV Europe, will report to Cartoon U.S. GM Keith Samples.
