J.C. Penney - Saatchi & Saatchi

J.C. Penney has ended its partnership with DDB and named Saatchi & Saatchi as its new lead agency. The account is valued at more than $400 million. Saatchi & Saatchi withdrew from the Wal-Mart review to avoid a conflict with the J.C. Penney account.
