Sephora, the beauty retail chain owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, is heading to TV.
Women's Wear Daily reports that Sephora is broadcasting four shows on the Home Shopping
Network, pushing holiday gifts and beauty tips. Products will include bestsellers from nine core brands and its own label. While Sephora is aggressively opening new stores, it is also pursuing many
other brand-building ventures. Last March, it partnered with Klinger Advanced Aesthetics for spa treatments. And this fall, it introduced Sephora boutiques within the beauty departments of a handful
of J.C. Penney stores.
