Jonas Bonnier, the Swedish entrepreneur who bought 18 mags from Time, Inc., has changed CEOs. Tom Buesse, former CEO of Time4Media, is out; he is being replaced by Terry Snow, CEO of World
Publications, which sold a minority stake to Bonnier last year. The big concern for Time's Manhattan employees is that ops will be moved to Winter Haven, Florida, World Publication's HQ.
