Gannett is selling four of its newspaper properties:
The Norwich Bulletin--the
The Rockford Register Star; the
Observer-Dispatch in Utica, NY; and
The Herald-Dispatch in
Huntington, W. Va.--to GateHouse Media for a reported $410 million, per MarketWatch. The transaction is expected to close at the end of April.
