Mediaedge:cia elevated NATHALIE ALFRED to director, corporate communications global, responsible for driving internal and external corporate communications worldwide. She joined the agency in 2000 and previously served as partner, marketing and communications. In addition, MEC Bravo hired DIANE LIBRIZZI and EDWIN CAMACHO as partner, account director and account manager, respectively. The pair will handle MEC Bravo accounts, Macy's and Berlex, and focus on new business.
