Fuse named BETH LEWAND, vice president of digital media. Lewand will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation of fuse's multi-platform initiatives across mobile, VOD, and online mediums. Most recently, she was vice president of digital media programming and production at Comedy Central.
