Greg Norman To Pitch Supercharged Range Rover SUV

Land Rover North America has tapped golfer Greg Norman to pitch the supercharged version of its Range Rover SUV.

Using the "Designed for the Extraordinary" branding platform, the effort is the second Norman has done for Land Rover since pitching the Ford brand in 2005.

Print ads, shot in Palm Beach, Fla., and showing Norman with his Gulfstream jet and Bell helicopter, will run in luxury lifestyle, golf, business and technology, epicurean and travel publications. The ads started in June and run through year's end.

Land Rover has also inked a licensing deal with the Greg Norman Collection clothing line, wherein Greg Norman and Land Rover co-branded items are now offered in the Land Rover Gear catalog.
