Alpha Media Group Inc. has appointed Douglas Warshaw as Maxim Digital's Chief Digital Officer. Warshaw, Co-Founder of Motionbox, will oversee content and technology for Maxim Digital, the fast-growing
family of Web sites and mobile properties for young men. Maxim Digital Sites Include Maxim.com, Blender.com, and Stuffmagazine.com. Todd Anderman, Maxim Digital president, has resigned, but has
agreed to stay on through the end of the year to lead the transition.
