layoffs. BBDO isn't saying how many people are involved, but the office will have 675 employees when the process is done, says spokesman Roy Elvove. "The reduction primarily impacts administrative
services," he says. "We're not disclosing the number of people involved."
Two years ago, the Detroit office had an estimated 1,100 staffers but about 220 were history as of early 2006 when Chrysler last engaged in a round of cost-cutting.
