The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. has tapped brand-identity shop Interbrand as its global design agency for packaging graphics. A company release said the Chicago confectioner is "consolidating its packaging
design agency roster in order to effectively drive its growth in the highly competitive global confectionery industry.
"... We believe it is the appropriate time to put into place a
packaging design agency resource structure that will allow Wrigley to be more efficient, synergistic, nimble and faster to marketplaces around the globe," said Frank Hohmann, Wrigley managing director
of global integrated marketing, in a release.
