Innovyx has launched a new version of its Dialogue 1to1 email campaign management platform. Dialogue 1to1 Version 6.0 now features barcode creation functionality, a more intuitive API and fully
interactive Wiki to replace the help section.
The Seattle-based email marketing services firm is a division of Omnicom's Star Marketing Group and primarily works as an agency
partner. Upgrading to a Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) API was critical in making Dialogue 1to1 more agency-friendly, as the interface allows management of email subscriber records and
customized message creation via a client's existing system, as well as over the Web.
Version 6.0 also includes a barcode image generator, so agencies can quickly insert barcodes into email
messages--both personalized for individual offers, and codes tailored to in-store promotions. Dialogue 1to1 also includes a Wiki, which allows Innovyx and agency personnel to share knowledge and
troubleshoot.
