LivePerson Folds Chat Sales Technology Into Google Analytics

Online live chat provider LivePerson has incorporated its chat sales technology into the Google Analytics platform.

The move is aimed at helping LiveChat's small and medium-sized business customers identify exactly which keywords and marketing campaigns drive visitors to chat. It will also help track sales conversion rates tied to chat and develop customer profiles of those who use chat before making a purchase.
