Sharewell Group has established Corporate SEM, a stand-alone search marketing firm, and named Steve Wiideman president.

Corporate SEM will be based in Calabasas, Calif., sharing the same headquarters as Sharewell Group, and will offer a full range of search marketing services, including search engine optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ad management, analytics and social media optimization (SMO).

The new firm's management and account team includes executives from Google, IBM and MLB.
