New members of the board of directors of the Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPSG), Cadbury's U.S. beverages subsidiary, which is in the process of disengaging from Cadbury Schweppes, are: Jack Stahl, a
22-year veteran of Coca-Cola, where he was president/COO and most recently, CEO/president of Revlon; Terry Martin, who was CFO of Quaker Oats; Pamela Patsley, CFO of First USA, Inc. and SVP of First
Data Corporation; Anne Szostak, who is currently president/CEO of Szostak Partners, which provides advice on strategic and human resource issues.
The new members will be joined on the board
by Wayne Sanders, the former chairman/CEO of Kimberly-Clark, who has been named as the new company's incoming chairman, DPSG CEO Larry Young and DPSG CFO John Stewart.
Each of the directors
will formally be named as board members once the company completes its separation from Cadbury Schweppes and begins trading on the New York Stock Exchange, currently planned for May 7. Two additional
non-executive members will be appointed to the DPSG board at a later date, bringing the total number of directors to nine.
