Beyond Interaction Adds To Global Management Team

Beyond Interaction, MediaCom's digital division, is adding a new global position and hiring a new executive to head its U.S. business.

Kathleen Sheridan has been promoted from managing director of Beyond Interaction U.S. to worldwide managing director, activation and measurement. In conjunction with this shift, Sloan Broderick will join Beyond Interaction as managing director for the U.S.

Sheridan will oversee the development of Beyond Interaction's media investments, tool development and optimization methods. Prior to joining Beyond, Sheridan ran the New York media department of Digitas. She has over 16 years of experience as a brand, direct and digital marketing professional, and has been at the forefront of online advertising and technology since the emergence of the sector.

Broderick will lead all aspects of the U.S. division's digital operations. He is also charged with working closely with MediaCom's clients to assure the continued strategic integration of digital into their core media plans. Prior to joining MediaCom, Broderick was VP, director of marketing for Modem Media in Norwalk, Conn. and New York.
