Sprint Nextel subsidiary Boost Mobile has selected 180 LA as its ad agency of record, replacing Berlin Cameron.
As the Los Angeles-based offshoot of 180 Amsterdam, 180 LA will
oversee Boost Mobile's TV, print, radio and out-of-home advertising campaigns. The firm will partner with agencies including Mindshare and Freeestyle Interactive already working with Boost.
Sprint's youth-oriented brand is a prepaid wireless service with 4.6 million customers, most of whom it says are under age 26.
180 Amsterdam's other clients include adidas International, Sony
Corporation, Bombay Sapphire, MTV, BMW Motorcycles, Amstel Beer, Glenfiddich and Omega Watches.
