GoldSpot Media, a promising new dynamic ad insertion developer for mobile TV and online video applications, this morning announced an agreement to work with Publicis' Denuo unit to "collaborate on the
enhancement and development" of its mobile and video advertising services. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but Denuo is known to swap equity stakes in exchange for consulting services. The
companies said Denuo would provide GoldSpot Media with "insight into current advertising market demands, including planning and buying requirements for online, mobile and television advertising, and
guidance on advertising model priorities to generate value for all key players in the mobile television and video value chain."
