Javelin Direct named CHAD JONES as senior vice president, managing director. Most recently. Jones worked as the chief service and marketing officer for Grande Communications where he led the company's customer life cycle management initiatives, including management of the customer contact centers, and Grande's Marketing and Information Technology Divisions.
