Fox Broadcasting Co. and 20th Century Fox TV are launching Fox Inkubator program to create shortform animated content. 20th is also creating a dedicated animation department within the company for the
first time. Jennifer Howell will be the senior vice president of 20th's animation department. She will also oversee the Fox Inkubator program on the studio's behalf, along with an execurtive from the
network side.
