AKQA's JASON WHITING will assume the role of managing director, east, overseeing both New York and Washington, D.C. offices as GUY WIEYNK returns to AKQA's London office to assume the role of managing director, Europe. Additionally, STUART SPROULE will assume the role of managing director, west, overseeing AKQA's Shanghai office in addition to San Francisco.
