In-Game Ads Get Better Tech, Better Revs

New in-game advertising has come to Sony's PlayStation 3 console, launching a new revenue avenue. The online technology refreshes ad billboards and game displays, reports the Financial Times, and makes gaming more like TV, letting advertisers run timely campaigns. The Yankee Group forecasts worldwide in-game advertising revs will be $970 million in 2011.
