Bravo is spinning off "Top Chef" into "Top Chef Junior," an eight-part series featuring teens, probably 13-16, to see if they can mimic their adult counterparts. The show has scored well in this
demographic. Magical Elves, which produces "Top Chef," will also produce the spinoff.
