  • July 8, 2008
Rodale Inc., publisher of magazines like Men's Health,Runner's World and Organic Gardening, has inked a paid search and contextual ad deal with Microsoft.

Microsoft will be the exclusive third-party provider of ads across Rodale's health and wellness-focused online properties, including Prevention.com and WomensHealthmag.com. Advertisers seeking to run campaigns across these properties can make bids through Microsoft's adCenter, with contextual ads available by the end of July, and paid search ads to follow at a later date.

"The inclusion of Rodale in our lineup of syndicated advertising partners is a strong indicator that we're continuing to gain significant traction with our advertising platform and further complements our vertical expertise in health, finance, travel, autos and entertainment," said Scott Howe, vice president of the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions Group at Microsoft.
