MATT SEILER joined Universal McCann as global CEO. He previously served as president and CEO of PHD North America. In addition, MICHAEL HUDES was tapped as president, diversified media services and strategic development at Mediabrands. Previously, Hudes was the global director of digital media for ClearChannel.
