At the time verifone approached Definition6 to redesign its Web presence, the site was poorly organized, with a vast amount of information available yet difficult to find due to a complex user-interface. The redesign did a fine job of drilling down into layers of pertinent and continuously updated information on global services, software, products, industry solutions and issues. This can be a daunting task given the high contrast among markets, countries and cultures. The site stays focused on what's important to the client rather than on a sales pitch. The increase in the number of hits and leads underscores the success of this redesign.
