Consumer feedback showed breville that many potential buyers of its kitchen appliances
wanted to know one thing before making the purchase: What will it look like in my kitchen? So its new site has two components: Product Concept and Interactive Kitchen. Consumers can not only see
how an appliance was built and how to use it, they can also customize an image of a kitchen and get an idea of how the appliance would look in their own home. Informative videos and interactive
components provide much more product detail than a traditional description.
