T.S. Kelly has joined Quantcast Corp. in the role of vice president, media research. Most recently he was SVP, director of global research & insight at Havas Digital.
Kelly brings both
traditional and interactive media experience paired with broad research, planning, sales and marketing capabilities to Quantcast. He joins the company after 15 years in the media research industry,
where he has held positions at Clear Channel Communications, NetRatings, Doner Advertising and IAG Research.--Tanya Irwin
