Morning keynoter Jason Kilar answered the question that’s been on the mind of everyone at OMMA Expo this morning, “What the heck is Hulu.”

“In terms of the name” of the NBCU/News Corp. joint online video venture, he meant.

“Interesting name,” he admitted, explaining its derivation:

“It actually comes from the Chinese proverb, which means the holder of a precious thing.”
