Its re-brand includes a new logo and the "Positively Entertaining" tagline, supported by an ad effort.
Ion Media Networks operates 60 local stations and two multicast channels to go with the flagship network. The company went private early this year.
As it seeks to grow ad revenues, it will move its headquarters to New York from South Florida next year.
