Marketing software provider Neolane has launched a marketing automation solution designed for cross-channel--not just multichannel--marketing.
Called cross-channel marketing
optimization, it gives marketers the ability to create, manage and execute campaigns across both traditional and emerging channels, such as mobile, from one platform. New features include a marketing
resource dashboard; predictive modeling capabilities; out-of-the-box, automated ROI reports; enhanced email deliverability and transactional message processing.
Newton, Mass.-based Neolane said
the technology is built on a single, Web-services-based platform that centrally manages direct marketing campaigns, leads, resources, customer data and analytics to improve effectiveness and return on
