'NY Times' Columnist Krugman Wins Nobel

The New York Times columnist and Princeton economist Paul Krugman won the Nobel prize in economics for his analysis of how economies of scale can affect trade patterns and the location of economic activity. Krugman has been vocal in his criticism of the Bush Administration, the Republican Party and Sen. John McCain, which has been exacerbated by the economic crash.
