Sean O'Boyle has been promoted to evp and general sales manager at NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution, where he oversees all domestic broadcast sales efforts for first-run and off-network
syndicated programs as well as the division's five regional sales offices. A former SVP, he will continue to handle all domestic broadcast sales and the five regional offices.
