That’s the assurance, anyway, of Samir Arora, chairman and CEO of content and ad network Glam Media. “Displays not in trouble,” says Arora. “It’s down in a down market, and it will go up again.”

Opening up the OMMA Ad Nets conference on Thursday morning, Arora was more interested in the fact, however, that Yahoo only accounts for 7% of usage of the internet even though it has a larger reach than any other Web content player.

“People don’t understand that media on the internet has changed,” Arora. “The long tail is where users are spending the time.”
