Panasonic, Quattro Partner On Mobile Ads

Panasonic has kicked off a mobile ad campaign for its Link-To-Cell technology which lets people make cell calls from a home-based phone.

Handling the Link-To-Cell campaign is mobile ad network Quattro Wireless. Ads will allow consumers to link to Amazon.com to buy the Panasonic device, which was launched earlier this year.

Link-To-Cell allows users to connect their mobile phones to a Bluetooth-enabled base station placed in the area of a house where cell reception is the strongest. They can then use a Panasonic cordless handset to make and receive calls around the house using the wireless signal.--Mark Walsh
