Madison Avenue media research vet Craig Gugel has joined the Advertising Research Foundation as senior vice president-media analytics. Gugel joins the ARF from Telmar, where he was president of its
Information Services and HMS units. Previously, he was a top media research executive at a number of major ad agencies.
