Phillipe Sloan joins TargetCast tcm as the agency's SVP, director of digital marketing.
Sloan was previously with Initiative, where he managed the interactive division,whose clients
included Citibank and AOL.
Other agencies Sloan has worked for include Universal McCann Interactive, where he was associate media director and managed the internet advertising budget for Sony
Electronics' Walkman, Vaio, Bravia and Qualia product lines; and Digitas, where he managed direct response and broadband awareness for AOL and American Express' Small Business Network.
