Sprint Launches Loyalty Rewards Program

Rewards programs work for credit cards, so why not cell companies? Sprint is launching a premiere service for its high-value consumer customers that includes perks such as the ability to upgrade to a new handset early, special offers on trips, concert tickets and sporting events and exclusive peeks at new products and services.

"We know that loyal customers are the most important ones to our business and we want to reward them for their choice in Sprint," said Jeff Hallock, vice president for base management at Sprint, in a statement.
