TVGla celebrating it's 10th Anniversary in 2017 started as Dimitry’s vision, and his focus has always been on pushing boundaries and pioneering innovation in the digital space. Under Dimitry’s leadership, the agency has expanded its offerings across social, strategy, analytics and video. Earlier in his career as a musician, Dimitry performed on Ed McMahon’s Star Search; played bass guitar in the rock band 10 Speed, which was signed by A&M Records; and toured internationally for over five years. Even then, Dimitry spearheaded innovation by creating the first ever digital street team, which included a database of over 10,000 fans. He also co-produced A&M Records' first interactive CD-ROM. Dimitry has written about the lessons he learned performing and how those lessons relate to growing a business. Dimitry was born in Moscow, Russia, and grew up in Canada. At age 17, he moved to Los Angeles, where he currently resides with his wife, son and many pets.
