Conduit Attributes Huge Increase In Gamers To Toolbar

Conduit, a provider of Web site syndication services, on Wednesday reported marked increases of site traffic, installations, and daily game usage to Come2Play, Alawar.com and Power Challenge.

Come2Play, an open platform for white-label multiplayer Flash games, launched the Come2Play community toolbar in September 2008. Since then the company has seen a 113% increase in daily active users of the toolbar. Come2Play currently offers 20 multiplayer games that can be played directly from the community toolbar, social networks, start pages, and as individual games on partnering Web sites.

Alawar.com, a publisher and distributor of casual games, launched their Conduit-powered toolbar in early November 2008 and grew the toolbar adoption rate by 247% in less than eight weeks.

Power Challenge, the leading provider of multiplayer sports-based games launched the Power Challenge community toolbar in March 2008.

Power Soccer players now have the ability to monitor matches, launch challenges, and track their tournament/league progress conveniently from their browser. Power Challenge increased daily use of its games among toolbar users by 65% in the second half of 2008.--Gavin O'Malley
