Ricker Oil Company named Publicis Indianapolis as its advertising agency of record. Beginning this month, Publicis will assist Ricker with branding and marketing initiatives following the company's
acquisition of 32 BP stores throughout central Indiana and a cooperative network of 55 retail locations.
