'L&O:SVU' Grabs Top Marks Across The Board

NBC's Law & Order SVUNBC won Tuesday night with a top drawing "Law & Order: SVU" finale and a good-performing "Inside The Obama White House" special.

NBC earned a Nielsen preliminary 2.7/8 among 18-49, and a 2.1/7 numbers against the younger 18-34 demographic, both tops among all broadcast networks on a night that featured a mixed bag of repeats, specials, original programming.

NBC had a nice 2.6/7 for "Obama White House," but it was the "Law & Order: SVU" finale that took top honors as the best-rated show of the night: a 3.5/9 at 10 p.m. "SVU" was also the best-rated show among younger 18-34 viewers, a 2.6/8.

NBC's reality series "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!" fell from its premiere -- 19% -- to a 2.2/7 among 18-49ers. That was fairly good news in comparison to Fox's new scripted series "Mental," which fell 24% from its premiere to a 1.6/4.
