Sapient has bought the Nitro Group for $50 million, reports
Adweek. The deal turns the Web design-oriented Sapient into a shop with added technology expertise. Nitro has 300 employees and
offices in New York, London and Shanghai; its client roster counts Nike, ConAgra and Volvo. Combined with Sapient, the company will total 6,000 employees. Nitro CEO Chris Clarke keeps his title;
