Whole Foods Market Launches Online Coupons

  • December 14, 2009
As part of its ongoing effort to convince people that it really can be an affordable place to shop, Whole Foods Market says it is now offering coupons online, as an extension of The Whole Deal, its in-store value guide.

Coupon selection will rotate every few weeks, the Austin, Texas-based chain says. This month's offerings include fruit juice, whole grain cereal, chocolates and creamy soups.--Sarah Mahoney

On-Line coupons have seen a strong lift over the last year due to the economy. I do believe instant coupons (offers) that are promoted using circular ads and display space tend to have stronger redemption because the shopper does not need to worry about bringing anything with them to the store. See and example of this type of program at www.instantcombosavings.com
